Meet Her In The Marketplace app for iPhone and iPad

Meet Her in the Marketplace is a series of Virtual Matchmaker events hosted by WBEC-South. Participating corporations and woman-owned businesses will be able to source for new vendors/partners, search utilizing WBMarketplace.com and set up meeting utilizing the #MeetHerInTheMarketplace event app. The event is open to any WBENC certified WBE and corporate buyers sourcing for woman-owned businesses. WBE can set up virtual meetings with other WBEs Corporate can create a profile and receive 1:1 strategic connections, request meetings with WBEs and approve requests from WBEs. The event will be over three days with Meet Her In The Marketplace Digital Launch event happening on May 20, 2020. With the launch of the new WBMarketplace.com platform, the women business owners of WBEC-South now have a visual digital capability that can be searched by keywords like Google search. The current global situation and market are requiring virtual connections and WBMarketplace is that solution to keep WBEs connected to each other and corporate partners. How Will it Work: Download the MeetHerInTheMarketplace.pathable.co app and begin your registration Attendees must register for free by May 14, 2020 to participate in the 1:1 Virtual Meetings. WBEs must have a live and updated digital capability statement ready by May 19, 2020. Corporations (Buyers) will begin to search the database as early as April 21, 2020. Stay active in the app for community discussion, searching corporate needs, approve meetings requested by corporations, connect with other WBEs, etc. Meet Her in The Marketplace will include a digital launch event on May 20, 2020 on all of our social media platforms. Participants will be able to begin setting up and requesting meetings during the launch event! Scheduled virtual meetings will take place in the app with pre-scheduled available times.
